Provide a detailed summary of the disaster event and evaluate the emergency response. The paper should be 2-3 pages in length.

- Write your 2-3 page paper on the disaster response at the local, state and federal level.

- Develop an outline for how the plans differ.
- Conduct any additional research that is needed for completion of the final analysis paper.
